If you know me, then you know I am not what you would consider “strong” muscle-wise. Before this year my muscles were basically non-existent. In January I became a first-time mom to a beautiful, 33 pound toddler and now I have some muscles. Did I start working out? No. I became a mom and my child wants to constantly be held!
